AgTC Annual Meeting COVID-Safe Update:

 

We are moving forward with a fully in-person AgTC Annual Meeting.

 

Proof of COVID vaccination will be required to attend the AgTC Annual Meeting. Upload your proof of vaccination here.

For those who will not be vaccinated, an acceptable alternative is a negative COVID test prior to arriving at the Meeting. (The test can be dated Oct. 3, 4 or 5). You can show us the negative test result when you arrive or send it in to us ahead of time. Can be the full PCR or a rapid test.

 

Mask mandates were announced on August 18 for Washington state and for Pierce County – masks indoors regardless of vaccination status. (View the mandates below). So, we will have cool, AgTC Green masks, complimentary for all attendees and will be practicing social distancing inside the convention center and meeting hall. We are fortunate to have an extremely large meeting hall with very high ceilings, plenty of room for distancing.

 

Plus, we’ll be outdoors for two of our favorite events: Tuesday evening reception for AgTC Members and Sponsors waterside, at Tacoma’s Museum of Glass, and Wednesday Annual Dinner also waterside at Foss Waterway Maritime Museum.
